A bid for Mayor of Huntington Beach ?
That's anyone's guess ( and perish the thought ! ),
as the saying goes, but the real question should be :
What will his ongoing legacy be as the years
and politicians come and go ?
Will it be, as it has been developing over the
years for many a Republican politician in California,
a legacy of do nothing and let illegal aliens rampantly
abuse the California system ?
Sure looks that way, given that in the past Harper
has applauded the erroneous view that ' Immigration
is a Federal issue, not a state issue '.
Just say NO. Don't vote Harper.
