Plastic bag ban set for ban beginning July 15, 2015
if it passes the CA Senate and if it is signed by CA
DemocratGov.Jerry Brown.
The ban was an option
for cities. Now the CA State Senate has a bill planned
for a vote to ban plastic shopping bags statewide.
1) It' is terribly inconvenient.
2) It poses a major health hazard waiting to happen.
    a. shoppers brought in bags would be potentially
placed on any customer floor in their car and at home,
potentially spreading germs to shopping carts and those
shopping carts botttoms where food goes from shelves
into the carst as shoppers shop. The food is then palced
on conveyor belts at the check stand to be checked out.

EVERY DAY DOING THIS POSES A SERIOUS
HEALTH THREAT, DOES IT NOT?
