News: Illegal aliens to be given driver's licenses 
by Calf. Governor Jerry Brown signing the bill
 in the fall of 2013 .... thanks to people like 
Matthew Harper, who clapped during an 
education meeting in 2000 when a California 
assemblyman Ken Maddox said immigration 
is a federal issue.

Mr. Maddox was responding to a citizen who 
came to the public podium to ask what Ken Maddox 
and the other guest State officials in the meeting's 
attendance were going to do about the illegal alien 
problem in California.
